The Howzak site is located in Alborz province and contains a mountainous limestone mine with extraction capacity of 500,000 tons per year. Furthermore, the stone production line has a capacity of 200 tons per hour, the asphalt concrete plants with bag filter a production capacity of 160 tons per hour. A well equipped laboratory is responsible for the quality control.
This mine contains of limestone with a small amount of quartz that provides unique features for the production of concrete asphalt. Hired “HS10” crusher and “Rock on Rock” sand maker in the second phase of crushing result in the improvement of the product quality.
The specialized laboratory team makes an effort to improve the quality by implementing numerous daily experiments of bitumen, aggregate, concrete asphalt and offering improvement methods while using modern equipment.
