Quality Control Unit of this company holds four well-equipped laboratories to control and optimize the quality of concrete, asphalt mixes, construction materials, bitumen & emulsion and has a full control on all products of Kandovan Pars Co. The main approach of the Company is to reach the highest point of quality assurance to manufacture products according to the most and latest reliable standards and to define specific processes to reach the highest possible quality.
This complex has the ability to perform tests & formulation design of all kinds of slurry seal & microsurfacing based on ISSA, ASTM & EN standards.
Equipment of this complex are made by Cooper from England & Benedict from USA which are the biggest companies for manufacturing this equipment.
Furthermore, the equipment of this complex are very unique in the country which can’t be found in any governmental big associations & universities and this complex has the ability to service any kind of national & scholarship projects.
It should be noticed that all the personnel of this complex are educated under European experts from France, Spain and Germany.
The most important tests performed in this complex are as below:
1) Methylene blue test for aggregates
2) Bitumen acid number test
3) Polymer modified & pure bitumen emulsion in laboratory scale with Emulab machine
4) Cohesion test
5) Abrasion test
6) Load wheel test
7) Lateral displacement
8) Schulze Breuer test
Also this unit has the ability to perform all kinds of classical tests on aggregate, pure bitumen, bitumen emulsion, cut back emulsion, hot mix asphalt, cold mix asphalt, cement, concrete and soil.
This unit has the capability of designing any kind of pavement and structural materials as below:
1) Design and formulation of any kind of pure and polymer modified hot mix asphalt and cold mix asphalt with Marshall and Superpave methods.
