Implementing the asphaltic operation which includes preparation, transportation, patching, geotextile installation, sealing and asphalt scraping on the surface of avenues and highways within the zone number one of Tehran city (Inclusive of 1,3,4) consisting:
a) Geometric patching in a mechanized form: This process includes the geometric patching in a mechanized form in the zone subject to the contract due to scraping, digging and destruction in the various widths and the required thickness (at least 5 centimeters). This will be undertaken by the specialized asphalt scraping machines. The edges of scraped surfaces asphalt will be destroyed by a compressor and the destroyed material will be collected, loaded, transported and dumped in determined places by the employer. Cleaning, sweeping and ventilating the scraped place will be conducted with the help of a compressor. The destroyed surfaces and the floor will be tuned up and then the bitumen will be applied by a spray bar in one or more layers (maximum layer thickness is 7 centimeters). At the end the finisher will be applied and compression of the spread asphalt is conducted by iron and rubber rollers.
b) Asphalt scraping operation: General asphalt scraping at the avenues and highways within the zone number one in the approximate amount of 80.000 square meters and by the asphalt scraper machine 2000 DC, 1000 DC.
c) Spreading and pummeling various types of asphalt as a cover on the patching and scraped surface
d) Geotextile installation: Geotextile installation and implementing the manual bitumen spray in the required places such as the avenues and highways asphalt surfaces within the zone that is subject to the contract
e)Sealing: Asphalt cracks sealing in the width of 1.5 up to 2 centimeters and in the minimum depth of 2 centimeters inclusively grooving, cleaning the gaps with a compressor and healing the groove place by using warm air and injecting the special, polymeric bitumen for sealing.
