This project is amounted to 110 billion Rials including the construction of two earthen dams in order to control and remove the flood in the upper parts of the petrochemical phases 1 and 2 in Asaluyeh after a 22 months renewal. These two dams collectively have an embankment of 1.3 million square meter and the water stops consist of plastic concrete which is made of bentonite. Each of the dams has a lower exhausting system and a transfer system for transferring the water to the drainage canals of lower areas. Each dam has a still basin for the energy reduction.
